After years of neglect, leaking walls were causing significant deterioration to West Gym. After detailed examination of the building exterior, Rietz Consultants, Ltd. prepared plans and specifications for restoration, which would mitigate the water entry and replace damaged building components. Exterior restoration included replacement of damaged brick, cutting and pointing, stone repairs, water repellent coating application, new glazing, new insulated metal spandrel panels, new flashings, and sealants.
