Rietz Consultants, Ltd. recently completed design for 16,100 SF of new freezer, refrigerated shipping dock, and shipping offices at Burke's Nevada, Iowa meat processing facility. This negotiated/fast-track project is the third project we have completed for Burke. Our previous designs at this facility include a fresh meat receiving dock/holding cooler with receiving offices and a boxed product storage freezer.
