Design/Build execution and strong team commitment allowed simultaneous design and construction of the 560,000 square foot facility in an eight month timeframe. The envelope of the facility consists of a pre-engineered steel structure with a standing seam roof and insulated precast load bearing exterior wall panels. Large interior mezzanines for process equipment and storage were designed using conventional steel framing. Support facilities include offices, locker rooms, laboratories, lunchroom, training, and meeting rooms.
